Amanda Malouchou is a talent coach, career advisor and speaker. She is passionate about unfolding the potential of individuals and teams. She focuses in supporting professionals identify the best career fit.
Before designing her current mission, Amanda worked for 23 years in executive positions for Shell, Mercedes Benz and Citi. During her 18 years with Citi, she was given the opportunity of a dual career and was offered significant professional development. Initially she operated as a senior HR partner to business management, managing in parallel a variety of HR units and specializing in Talent Identification and Development. Later she moved out of her professional comfort zone, embarking in a front line career and leading business units of significant size and impact. Her last role with Citi was that of the Distribution Director, leading for 8 challenging (for both Citi and the country) years the branch network of Citi in Greece.
Following a voluntary career shift, she crafted an ever evolving coaching and counseling proposition. Her offering combines talent identification and leadership development, transitioning to new leadership roles, personal branding, customized team facilitations and public speaking. She coaches, counsels, trains and advices senior executives, teams and professionals across a wide range of industries and nationalities.
Amanda holds a degree in Business Administration from University of Lavern and an MSc in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the London School of Economics. She is certified in Corporate Coaching, Career Counseling (GCDF), Agility Profile Coaching, Structured Interviewing, Development Centers Facilitation, New Manager Assimilation (NMAP) and she is an NLP Practitioner. Amanda consistently invests significant time in voluntary work related to youth career counseling which is very dear to her heart and to NPOs advising.
