Conference Platform Information

We are excited to announce Swapcard as the main platform for the virtual event, allowing you to access the conference programme, map of the exhibit hall, watch the sessions and ask questions to the presenters, communicate with fellow attendees, engage with our sponsors, and so much more! All registered attendees will be sent instructions on how to access the app or the desktop version closer to the conference.

Network During the Conference

To get the most out of your conference experience we suggest you engage and network throughout the conference. Below you will find different ways to network over the three days.

Post on the Activity Feed about the sessions you are attending, what you’re looking forward to, and what you enjoyed most that day.
Connect with attendees onsite during the conference or reach out to colleagues who are joining virtually. Find their name within the attendee feature on the platform and connect with them to message with them throughout the conference.
Join in on our Virtual Coffee Conversations or in-person roundtables to meet other attendees to discuss important topics in today’s industry.
Use the chat feature during the sessions to talk about the session, ask any questions you may have to the presenters, or just connect with other attendees who are joining the session with you.
Post on social media and use #eatpconf

Get Camera Ready

We want to see you during the conference! Take photos in-person at the conference with other attendees and colleagues. If you are attending virtually, take photos with your families, pets, co-workers, etc. throughout the conference and post them on the Activity Feed in Swapcard.

Social Media Toolkit

E-ATP is coming up fast! Help spread the word and promote your brand, your session, or your attendance, and make connections with our Social Media Toolkit. Included are social media post suggestions for before and during the conference with important links to share about your involvement with #eatpconf.

Email Signature

Add the below banner to show your attending the E-ATP Conference. Just right click and “save image as” to save and add to your email signature. When adding to your email signature, link to the E-ATP conference homepage, www.eatpconference.org.

Session Recordings

Some of the virtual and in-person conference sessions will be recorded and available after the conference for attendees. We will send out emails during and after the conference with instructions on how to access.
